Guild Returns Policy

Ordered the wrong item? Item not what you thought it would be? No problem. We’ll accept any returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original online purchase.

We can only exchange or return unworn/unused products purchased from

Customers are responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise. We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit. Any merchandise returned in condition other than new will not be accepted.

To return/exchange an item, please email with the following information to obtain a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
